Alpine Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. was engaged to prepare the Contractor’s Environmental, Social, Health and Safety Management Plan (CESHSMP) for a major 117 km high-voltage transmission line project.
The project covers the construction of a 400 kV double circuit transmission line connecting Lapsiphedi Substation to Ratmate Substation (58 km) and Ratmate to New Hetauda Substation (59 km). The assignment was carried out under a comprehensive EPC contract including design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Our scope focused on developing a detailed CESHSMP to ensure compliance with environmental, social, health, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. This included risk identification, mitigation planning, monitoring frameworks, and alignment with national regulations and international safeguard requirements.
The CESHSMP serves as a key implementation document to guide contractors in maintaining compliance, minimizing impacts, and ensuring safe project execution.
